At Kurta4u.com, we offer refunds only for orders paid in advance and before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • The request is made before the order is dispatched.

  • The customer provides valid order details and payment proof.

3. How to Request a Refund

  3. Refund Processing – Once verified, the refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or mobile wallet).

  • Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The order has already been dispatched.

  • The customer requests a refund after dispatch or delivery.

  • The request is for a cash-on-delivery (COD) order.

  • The customer simply changes their mind after order confirmation.
