  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days.

  • Custom or Bulk Orders: May take additional processing time, which will be communicated.

  • In-stock items may take 3-10  business days for shipment.
  • Pre-order items may have longer delivery times.

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above 1000.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected locations and may include an additional fee of Rs.100.

  • Customers must pay the exact amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

6. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times depend on the destination.

  • Customers are responsible for custom duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

8. Failed Delivery & Reattempts

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may reattempt.

  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us, and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
